Conference Facilities - Hotel Thule

We offer our centrally located but private boardroom which is ideal for small presentations, trainings and meetings.

  • The Boardroom has space for a maximum of 18 people around a fixed table.
  • Venue Hire: N$ 850.00 per day (A discount of 25% applies if booked for 2 or more consecutive days)

Kindly note:

  • We do not supply Lap-Tops; presenters or any other technical equipment. This has to be arranged with external service providers.
  • We do not supply note pads & pens. They have to be brought in at own arrangements.
  • Wi-Fi connection is free of charge in the entire Hotel.

    Should you like to confirm a venue, a full deposit needs to be paid at least 14 days in advance – otherwise the booking will be cancelled automatically. 

Conference Packages

All packages include unlimited bottled water during the conference, peppermints on the table as well as a Flipchart with markers and a projector with screen

Fresh & Healthy package – N$ 315.00 per person

  • Arrival tea / coffee served with bran muffins
  • Morning break served with tea / coffee, mini yoghurts, cereal bars & a fruit bowl as well as fresh fruit juice
  • Lunch: 2 course set menu including one soft drink per person

ADD N$ 45.00 pp for your afternoon break

  • Afternoon break served with  tea / coffee, cake slices & fresh fruit juice

Extravagant Business package – N$ 380.00 per person

  •  
  • Arrival tea / coffee served with mini croissants
  • Morning break served with tea / coffee, a variety of half open Brötchens with different toppings & a fruit bowl as well as fresh fruit juice
  • Lunch: 2 course set menu including one soft drink per person

ADD N$ 45.00 pp for your afternoon break

  • Afternoon break served with  tea / coffee, cake slices & fresh fruit juice

Quick & easy package – N$ 130.00 per person 

  • Arrival tea / coffee served with mini croissants
  • Morning break served with tea / coffee, a variety of half open rolls (Brötchens) with different toppings & a fruit bowl as well as fresh fruit juice

OR

  • Afternoon break served with  tea / coffee, cake slices & fresh fruit juice

This package includes only one break and no lunch.
