Conference Facilities - Hotel Thule
We offer a centrally located but private boardroom which is ideal for presentations, training and business meetings.
The Boardroom has space for a maximum of 18 people around a fixed table.
Venue Hire: N$ 650.00 per day, which includes:
Unlimited bottled water
Wi-Fi connection
Flipchart with markers
Projector with screen
Kindly note:
- The boardroom cannot be booked without a meeting package.
- Book for 2 or more days and receive a discount of 25% on the venue hire.
- Lap-Tops, presenters or any other technical equipment needs to be arranged by the client.
Pre-payment is essential to guarantee the booking.

- Coffee & Tea upon arrival, served with biscuits / cookies.
- Traditional THULE Snack basket (sharing) filled with samosas, spring rolls, deep-fried
calamari rings, crumbed chicken strips & fries including one non-alcoholic
beverage p.p.
